How We Work
How we work
Fiscal Sponsorship
Connecting generosity across borders takes trust, clarity, and the right structure.
As a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Caring for Colombia acts as a legal and administrative bridge between donors in the United States and high-impact organizations in Colombia. Through fiscal sponsorship, U.S. donors can make tax-deductible contributions to causes in Colombia, while Colombian nonprofits can receive international funding. We ensure transparency, compliance, and responsible use of every dollar so our partners can focus on what matters most: their work in the territories.

CFC Grants
Supporting Our Partners Directly
Beyond fiscal sponsorship, CFC launches an open grant call for organizations within our network of allied foundations. These grants are funded directly by CFC and are designed to strengthen high-impact projects aligned with our mission. Grant calls are not always open. When a new cycle launches, we communicate it here on our website and through our partner channels. If you are part of our network, stay tuned for updates.
